blade

67 layers of Damascus steel with a durable 10Cr15CoMoV core and 66 layers of corrosion-resistant 316/316L stainless steel. The blade is vacuum-heat-treated for a particularly uniform structure, smooth surface, and outstanding edge retention. The Japanese V-grind with 15° per side ensures uncompromising sharpness. Half bolster and full tang ensure balanced weight distribution, increased stability and maximum durability during intensive use.

Handle

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of exquisite, light-grained sycamore maple. The natural grain makes each knife unique. Multiple polishing processes create a particularly smooth surface – for a secure grip and a pleasant feel, even after extended use. Suitable for both left- and right-handed users.
