Care instructions for knives
- ✔ Hand wash with mild dish soap, then dry immediately
- ✔ Use only wood or plastic boards as a cutting surface
- ✔ Ideally store in a knife block or on a magnetic strip
- ✔ Sharpen the blade regularly and oil it occasionally
- ✘ Do not clean in the dishwasher
- ✘ Not suitable for bones, frozen food or hard ingredients
- ✘ Do not use hard surfaces such as glass, stone or metal
