Blade

67 layers of Damascus steel with an edge-retaining 10Cr15CoMoV core and 66 layers of corrosion-resistant 316/316L stainless steel. The blade is vacuum heat-treated for a particularly uniform structure, a smooth surface and outstanding edge retention. The Japanese V-grind with 15° per side ensures uncompromising sharpness. The half bolster and full tang provide balanced weight distribution, increased stability and maximum durability under intensive use.

Handle

The ergonomic handle is made from selected, light-grained sycamore maple. Its natural grain makes every knife unique. Multiple polishing steps create a particularly smooth surface for a secure grip and comfortable feel, even during longer use. Suitable for left- and right-handed users.
