You can request a company logo, names or custom text. We assess whether your request can be implemented as intended based on your details and confirm it in your personal quote.

What does the packaging look like?

We coordinate suitable packaging with you based on the gift, occasion and quantity. We show you the specific design in your personal quote.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes. Your preferred date is part of the enquiry and serves as the basis for planning. It is confirmed exclusively in your personal quote.

Which file format do you need for our logo?

Ideally, send your logo as an SVG or PNG file. If the file is not yet available, simply indicate in your initial enquiry that you would like a logo engraving.

Is delivery to multiple addresses possible?

You can indicate in the form whether the gifts should be sent to one or multiple addresses. We record the delivery addresses in the quote.

What happens after my enquiry?

We review your details and contact you personally to clarify any open points. You then receive a proposal with the confirmed products and services.
